This privacy policy explains how ceoboard handles personal data. ceoboard is a service of Zaminor, a sole proprietorship of Milad Ahmadi, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42076823, based in The Hague (“we”). We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
For data about visitors to this website and about (prospective) customers, we are the controller. For personal data we process on behalf of a customer when delivering the service, we act as processor under a data processing agreement.

3. Retention
We do not keep data longer than necessary. Request and contact data up to 24 months after the last contact; billing data for the statutory tax period of seven years; log data usually no longer than twelve months.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors that support us (hosting, email, payment), and only as needed, under data processing agreements. We may share data where legally required.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Automated processing and AI
The service uses AI-driven processing. We do not make automated decisions with legal effect without human involvement; approval-required actions are reviewed by a human before they are carried out.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Requests: [email protected]. We respond within one month.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access control and logging.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the date of last change.
