The founder

ceoboard was founded by Milad Ahmadi, founder of Zaminor. Under Zaminor he builds software that runs whole parts of a business autonomously, always keeping a human in control of the decisions that matter.

What we build

Zaminor builds autonomous AI management-layer software: systems that run a company's content, customers and admin on their own, within the guardrails set by the owner and with human approval. ceoboard is one of the brands under Zaminor; The Messy Pour and AdminVrij, among others, sit under the same entity.

What ceoboard offers

ceoboard is a SaaS product that runs behind your existing website and takes over the recurring work that grows a business. It writes content per channel in your own brand voice (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, blog and newsletter), captures and follows up every lead from your website, and drafts quotes and invoices while tracking what is still outstanding. Everything is driven by Argus, the intelligence that oversees your whole business and only brings the choices that truly matter to you. There are four plans — Starter (€49/mo, 1 brand), Solo (€99/mo, up to 2 brands), Pro (€129/mo, up to 5 brands) and a Custom plan for unlimited brands — with one price per plan and no per-user fees.

How it works

You do not replace your website. ceoboard connects to your existing site and systems and does the work in the background. You configure in detail how far the autonomy may go: what ceoboard may run on its own and what must pass by you first. Actions that require approval only run once you release them, so nothing ever goes live without your sign-off. Personal data is processed in line with the GDPR, under a data processing agreement and with appropriate security.

Who it is for

ceoboard is built for SMB owners and multi-brand operators in the Netherlands and the EU who want to automate their marketing, customer follow-up and administration without replacing their existing website or hiring extra staff. It runs behind the brand the customer already has and changes nothing about the design or the front end.

The entity

ceoboard is a trade name of Zaminor, a sole proprietorship of Milad Ahmadi, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42076823 and based in The Hague. The brands The Messy Pour and AdminVrij sit under the same entity.
